You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the date your payment was made to CLP Studio. No reason, explanation, or justification is required.

A request sent within this period qualifies even if we receive or process it after the fourteen-day window has ended.

Email clapalucian10@gmail.com and identify the payment using your name, payment email, and invoice or order number if one was issued. These details are used only to locate and return the correct payment.

We will acknowledge the request and confirm when the refund has been submitted.

The full eligible payment is returned to the original payment method. CLP Studio does not charge a refund or cancellation fee.

After we submit the refund, the payment provider or bank may need several business days to show it in your account. That processing time is outside CLP Studio's control.

Payments are not normally refundable after the fourteen-day period. We may still review exceptional circumstances, and any mandatory rights available under applicable law continue to apply.
